Professor of South – Californian University to become a member of Expert Council

A head of South – Californian University, chairman of American Academy of Natural Science, foreign member of Russian Academy of Science, honored professor of Russian State University by the name of Gubkin George Chilingar has decided to become a member of Expert Council.
